This section has been kept purposefully simple as, with the exception of paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 below, no details are collected or stored for any purpose.

If you are from the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using any Personal Information will depend on the Personal Information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. However, we will only collect and use Personal Information from you where the processing is in our legitimate interests stated in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 below.

  1. If you use the contact form on this website your details will be sent to the company in the form of an email. This email will be stored on a 1and 1 exchange server (located in the United Kingdom) until it is no longer required, e.g a school booking or  training event. 
  2. Weekly updates. If you subscribe to the free weekly updates your details (name and email address) are stored within a Mailchimp server. Mailchimp is based in the United States and has certified compliance within the EU-US Privacy Shield framework (further details HERE). The subscription is DPA/GDPR compliant using a double opt-in method, meaning subscribers must confirm their subscription via email before being added to the mailing list. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by contacting the company or by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of every email. Your details are never shared or sold to any other company or person for any reason.
  3. Online Safety Pro specific. Online Safety Pro is a paid, subscription-based service. Upon purchase, the name and email address of the person/s receiving the updates will be added to a Mailchimp mailing list as per the weekly updates in order to send the updates/ training. At the end of the subscription period all details are deleted unless the purchasing establishment renews their subscription.
