Keeping up to date with online safety can be frustrating, particularly what is important, relevant and useful. Online Safety Pro delivers this to you with annual video training for staff, parents and carers which is re-written and re-recorded each August, plus half-termly updates for all.
All resources are written and delivered by Traci Gregory (from iVengers) and Alan Mackenzie, both of whom specialise in online safety with a combined experience of almost 40 years between them.

Staff and Parents Subscription
Both Staff and Parents packages include a one-hour annual staff training video, rewritten and re-recorded each August, together with seven short parent videos and accompanying text and support links.
Every half term, you’ll receive a new 10-minute staff update video and a PDF newsletter for parents and carers.
The Mainstream Schools package includes mainstream resources plus access to the SEND versions where these are more appropriate.
The Specialist SEND Settings package provides training, examples and guidance designed specifically for special schools and other SEND-only settings.
Parents Only Subscription
The Parents Only package includes seven short annual videos for parents and carers, together with accompanying text and support links. Every half term, you’ll receive a new PDF newsletter to share with families. The package includes access to both mainstream and SEND parent resources, with no individual usernames or logins required.

Yes, below is an example staff half-termly update and a parents newsletter.
Complete the enquiry form and I’ll send you a quotation. If your school uses purchase orders, send me the purchase order number once the quotation has been approved. I’ll then issue an invoice and send your subscription information and resources.
Payment can be made by BACS or cheque.
Your subscription lasts for 12 months from the invoice date. Approximately 30 days before it ends, I’ll contact you by email and you can choose whether to renew. There is no automatic renewal.
Yes. Discounts are available for schools with fewer than 200 pupils and for organisations purchasing for more than one school or setting, including multi-academy trusts.
Include the number of pupils and school sites on the enquiry form and I’ll apply any relevant discount to your quotation.

No, to keep things as cheap and simple as possible there are no logins/usernames.
When you ask for a quote I will also ask you to send me the name and email address for a member of staff who will receive all updates via their email address.
All the annual parents videos and half-termly PDF newsletters are sent to you so that you can send out to your parents.
To give you an idea what to expect, this is the staff half-termly update from May 2025 where I talk about online influence (psychological and technical). Unlike the more professionally-delivered annual training, the half-termly updates are quite laid back.
