We all know that online safety is a rapidly evolving area requiring regular updates. With new platforms, threats, and digital trends emerging constantly, annual training is a minimum requirement for all school staff.

Our training materials, all written and delivered by Alan Mackenzie, are completely refreshed each August to incorporate the latest guidance, emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, and best practices for keeping children safe online.

Each option below gives you a 12 month usage licence, meaning you can use the resources as much as you wish within the 12 month period.

Option 1: Staff Training (£95.00 plus VAT per school)

Primary Schools

A comprehensive 60-minute video specifically designed for primary school environments. Covers age-appropriate content and scenarios relevant to younger pupils’ online experiences.

Secondary Schools & Colleges

Tailored 60-minute training addressing the complex online challenges faced by young people, including social media pressures, content risks, online influence and more.

The video is sent to you as a link, no usernames or passwords required. You can watch the content as a group or send the link to individual staff.

Option 2: Parents Training (£149.00 plus VAT per school)

Series of 7 Engaging Videos

Short, focused segments that parents can watch at their convenience, covering specific online safety topics relevant to their children’s age.

Supplementary Resources

Each video comes with accompanying text explanations and carefully curated web links to authoritative resources for parents wanting to learn more.

Easy Distribution

Ready-to-send content that schools can copy and paste directly into emails to parents, eliminating the administrative burden of creating materials.

Option 3: Online Safety Pro (£399.00 plus VAT per school)

The Complete Package

Online Safety Pro provides year-round support, exceeding the minimum requirement for annual training. This comprehensive solution includes:

  • Annual staff training videos (Option 1).
  • Parent training video series (Option 2).
  • Additional 10-minute staff update video every half term.
  • Half-termly PDF newsletter for parents.

To Purchase:

Purchasing is via invoice. All you need to do is send an email (details below) and let me know which option you would like, don’t forget to add your school name. I will send a quotation for you to raise a purchase order. As long as I have received the PO number (or an email to say your school doesn’t use PO’s) the training resources will be sent to you at the end of August ready for September.

You will not be invoiced until the resources have been sent to you.
